My time at Ocean Grown tested my abilities to create as well as manage, I acted as Design Manager overseeing 2-3 team members at any given time. Over my time with them I have created 100+ designs for T-Shirts, Hats, Stickers, Pants, and Swim Apparel. We increased yearly revenue by over 100% by expanding client base, marketing strategy, and enhancing overall product quality and experience. I reviewed and approved designs before final production, maintaining strict attention to detail and accuracy. I balanced multiple concurrent design projects while maintaining exceptional quality and meeting tight deadlines with instore vendors as well as online vendors. I implemented new ideas to streamline fulfilling orders, holding stock, and organizing materials. I created and led a fundraiser which raised over $15,000 for hurricane disaster relief in 2024
